Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after payment authorization and confirmation from HunksHome®.

• Shipping restrictions
• Duplicate or unusually large orders

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Products purchased from our store are intended for lawful personal or household use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. The applicable product price is the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of genuine technical or typographical errors.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed product prices do not include shipping charges, applicable taxes, customs fees, or other government-imposed charges.

The final order total, including applicable shipping charges and taxes, is shown during checkout before payment is submitted.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

HunksHome® currently ships within the United States.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Standard transit time is generally 4–7 business days. Total estimated delivery time, including processing and transit, is approximately 5–10 business days.

A flat shipping charge of $19 USD applies to orders shipped within the United States unless a different charge is clearly displayed at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of weather, carrier disruptions, security checks, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Refund Policy.

Products must generally be returned unused, unworn, with original tags where applicable, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

Customers must contact us at hello@hunkshome.com before sending a return. Items sent without prior return authorization may not be accepted.

If a material error affects an order, we may contact the customer for confirmation or cancel and refund the affected order.

We do not use an obvious error to charge a customer an undisclosed or unauthorized amount.

HunksHome® names, logos, designs, and slogans may be trademarks or protected brand elements of HunksHome® or its licensors. Shopify names and trademarks belong to Shopify or its respective rights holders.

Our website may use services, applications, payment providers, logistics providers, or links operated by third parties.

Third-party services may be governed by their own policies and terms. We are not responsible for unrelated third-party websites, content, or transactions conducted independently outside our store.

Sales made through our store are transactions between the customer and HunksHome®. Shopify is not the seller of products offered by HunksHome® and is not responsible for product fulfillment, customer service, returns, or refunds relating to those purchases.

Shopify’s role is subject to its applicable policies and platform terms.
