The 3M™ Fire Barrier Water Tight Sealant 3000 WT is a gun-grade, intumescent silicone sealant designed to provide up to 4-hour fire protection in tested and listed systems. It cures upon exposure to atmospheric humidity, forming a flexible, monolithic firestop seal that helps control the spread of fire, smoke, and noxious gases. This sealant is suitable for firestopping openings and penetrations in fire-rated floor slabs, walls, and other building partitions. It meets UL Water Leakage Test, W-Rating – Class 1 requirements, making it a reliable solution for electrical distributors, lighting solutions providers, wire and cable installers, and switchgear suppliers seeking fire protection products.
