3M™ Fire Barrier CP 25WB+ Sealant – Firestop Sealant

3M™ Fire Barrier CP 25WB+ is a high-performance, intumescent, latex-based firestop sealant designed for use in fire-rated construction. It provides a monolithic seal that controls the spread of fire, smoke, and noxious gases through penetrations in floors, walls, and ceilings. This sealant also acts as an acoustic barrier, minimizing sound transmission, making it suitable for applications in electrical distribution, mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. It is ideal for sealing metallic and plastic pipes (excluding CPVC), conduit, cables, cable trays, busways, insulated pipes, and HVAC duct penetrations.
