3M Scotchcast Re-Enterable Electrical Insulating Resin 2123 is a two-part polybutadiene resin encapsulant designed for re-enterable splice protection in electrical applications. It is suitable for use by electrical distributors and switchgear suppliers requiring reliable, moisture-sealing insulation for cable splices operating up to 1000 volts. The resin offers excellent handling and performance, bonding to nearly all cable jackets and providing flexible, low-viscosity insulation with room temperature cure.
