The Appleton‚Ñ¢ EFD/EFDB and EDS Series factory sealed control stations are designed for use in hazardous classified areas where flammable vapors, gases, or combustible dusts are present. These explosionproof and dust-ignitionproof control stations confine arcing within the enclosure, preventing ignition of hazardous atmospheres during operation of motors and other equipment.
