Appleton™ EFS Non-Sealed Tumbler Switches are designed to prevent arcing of enclosed switches in ignitable atmospheres during connect and disconnect operations of lighting and light power loads. These explosionproof, dust-ignitionproof switches are suitable for classified areas where ignitable vapors, gases, or highly combustible dusts are present, such as chemical and petrochemical plants, refineries, and other process industries. Ideal for electrical distributors and switchgear suppliers, these switches provide reliable lighting solutions and wire and cable control in hazardous environments.
