The Appleton™ FSQC Series interlocked receptacles are designed for hazardous locations, providing safe and reliable power connections for portable or fixed electrical equipment such as motor generator units, welders, pumps, and compressors. These explosionproof and dust-ignitionproof receptacles are compatible with Powertite™ plugs and feature an interlocked disconnect switch that prevents plug engagement or disengagement when the switch is “ON,” ensuring enhanced safety. Suitable for use by electrical distributors, lighting solutions providers, wire and cable, and switchgear suppliers, the FSQC Series offers rugged Type 4X watertight enclosures and specialized polarization options to prevent mismatched voltage connections.
